This role also works hand in hand with key cross functional stakeholders, including Operations, Technology, and Marketing, to identify opportunities, implement targeted performance improvement efforts, and support the rollout of new processes or programs that enhance delivery outcomes. Responsibilities: Delivery Communications & Training: Leads efforts to revamp delivery-related communications, analyses, and educational resources by updating training materials and partnering with field teams to customize content for individual franchise organizations, recognizing the regional nature of delivery operations.
