Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience; travel experience; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications; electronic health record charting experience; proficiency in cardiac telemetry, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, central and peripheral line care, port management, blood product administration, heparin protocols, insulin protocols, vasoactive drips without titration, oxygen administration, noninvasive airway management, wound care, feeding tube care, post-cardiac catheterization care, post-cardiac angiogram care, and pre- and post-cardiac surgery care. Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretarial support.
