Candidates should be comfortable identifying and addressing routine campground maintenance needs, maintaining grounds and landscaping, using common tools and equipment, and recognizing when a repair or project requires additional expertise. Previous campground, hospitality, housekeeping, landscaping, maintenance, or food service experience is a plus—but a great attitude, strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn are just as important.
