Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies to M&A and Private Equity matters, including public and private acquisitions, mergers, carve-outs, spinoffs, joint ventures, minority and growth investments, sponsor transactions, and related matter types, informed by a strong understanding of transactional practice and lawyer workflows. As part of the Knowledge Management & AI Group, this position collaborates across offices and administrative teams—including Research, Practice Group Management, and Information Technology—to translate emerging technology into practical, high-impact tools for lawyers and clients.
