Most patients are treated in an outpatient setting but consultation services may be provided to inpatients and to Community Living Center and Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program residents, patients enrolled in the Mental Health Intensive Case Management programs; Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Clinical Team program; Substance Use programs; Homeless programs; or Housing Urban Development-VA Supportive Housing development program. Common diagnoses are anxiety disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Major Depression and other mood disorders, Substance Use Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia and other Serious Mental Illnesses, Dementias, and mental disorders related to Traumatic Brain Injury.
