Operate and program the Peddinghaus Advantage 2 Drill Line and TRAK Bed Mill to cut, drill, cope, punch, and mark steel materials according to specifications Produce quality parts in conformity to manufacturer's guidelines and company policy Ability to read blueprints, and review project specifications to determine machine setup procedure, machine sequencing, and dimensions are accurate Document material cut lists and job details in Tekla software Verify measurements of cut material Willingness to learn and work in a team environment that values communication and flexibility Ensure safe working practices are followed; maintain a clean and organized workspace Maintain equipment by greasing and oiling equipment daily Willingness to cross train on other machines and provide assistance with other tasks as assigned Work with minimal supervision Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and complete project requirements on time Frequently required to stand, use hands to hold hand and power tools, finger/handle/feel, reach with hands and arms, talk, or hear.
