Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential streets, common areas, amenities, parking areas, and the community perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential community, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents.
