The role owns the enterprise NHI product strategy and roadmap, establishes prioritized outcomes and success measures, aligns dependencies across authentication, authorization, security, architecture and AI platform teams, and moves the organization from one-off proofs of concept to reusable capabilities and adoption patterns. AI agents, digital workers, workloads and machine identities are rapidly becoming part of enterprise systems, creating new challenges across authentication, authorization, governance, lifecycle management, observability and auditability.
