This individual is responsible for providing continuous delivery of exceptional guest service, providing outstanding leadership to the Deli staff, ensuring superior quality and freshness of all salad and sliced meat products, educating and assisting guests at the kitchen and deli counter, attracting guests by creating a fun and friendly atmosphere, actively engaging guests through product samples and suggestive selling, and understanding all health, safety and sanitation regulations. Beyond grocery, our diverse retail operations include liquor stores, convenience stores, fuel locations, pharmacies, and franchise businesses such as Ace Hardware, Country Floral, Caribou Coffee, Dunn Brothers Coffee, Erbert and Gerbert's, Godfather's Pizza, and Pet Supplies Plus.
