Reporting directly to the Clinical Pharmacist, this individual is responsible for coordinating medication-related administrative processes, including prior authorizations, patient assistance programs, specialty medication workflows, prescription coordination, and communication with pharmacies and insurance carriers. The ideal candidate has experience navigating medication-related terminology, insurance requirements, and healthcare workflows and enjoys helping patients overcome barriers to accessing prescribed therapies.
