This includes but is not limited tofloor care (mopping, sweeping, buffing, stripping and waxing), cleaning bathrooms, emptying trash, separating recyclables, emptying garbage, wiping windows and walls, and cleaning stairways. This position performs routine landscaping, ground maintenance, identifies maintenance concerns, and ensures outdoor areas remain clean, safe, and presentable for tenants, staff, and visitors.
