Responsibilities: Analyze blueprints, specifications, model files (CAD) and other documentation to prepare accurate simulations and supportive data sets / process models for manufacturing projects, particularly those involving insert injection molding of thermoplastics, precision machined components, and/or complex sub-assemblies for the MedTech industry. They are looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer who will participate in identifying waste, defining value streams, productivity optimization, Kanban setups, takt time studies, labor tracking, ergonomics, material flow, pFMEA, and similar Lean Six Sigma tools.
