Physical Demands/Environmental Factors: Regular lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds, occasional lifting or moving items weighing up to 100 pounds, occasional prolonged and irregular hours, frequent working with temperature extremes (heat from cooking stoves and cold from walk-in coolers and freezers), ability to work around moving objects or vehicles, frequent walking and standing on uneven surfaces, frequent contact with electrical and mechanical kitchen equipment.
