Under direct supervision, the Laborer provides manual and semi-skilled labor to assist and support various departments, including Alfalfa Crop, Bean Crop, Bean Plant, Conservation, Corn Crop, Farm Support Services, Freshpack, Irrigation, Operations and Maintenance, Potato Crop, Scales, Technical Services, Organic/Conventional Row Crop, and Specialty Crop. Assist other departments, as needed, with field assignments such as manual weed removal, field mapping, sample collections, loading alfalfa bales, and grounds-keeping and facility maintenance which includes, but not limited to: shoveling, manual weed removal, trimming hedges and tree branches, raking, mowing grass, and hauling debris.
