The successful consultant will work directly with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements, translate manual processes into supportable technical solutions, and maintain reliable automations from initial design through testing, production deployment, documentation, monitoring, and ongoing support. Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Power Automate cloud flows supporting request intake, data collection, approvals, notifications, task routing, reminders, escalations, and record updates.
