This role exists to make sure the products we ship are not only thoughtfully designed and launched, but continuously maintained and improved through tight feedback loops between our internal teams, our property manager partners, and residents. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Support to pressure-test flows, track performance, and surface the insights that make the experience better for both residents and the operators who serve them.
