Install, configure, upgrade, troubleshoot, replace, and maintain RF-ITV hardware and software, including Field Data Units (FDUs), fixed and handheld RFID interrogators, communications equipment, RFID applications, Remote Desktop Management software, Windows operating systems, security policies, and patches. The FSE must be comfortable working directly with military and government customers, independently troubleshooting hardware, software, communications, and network connectivity issues, and representing the RF-ITV program at supported installations.
