Utilizes technology to enhance quality resident care, to collaborate with inter-professional team members, effectively delegate to and supervise unlicensed personnel, assume overall nursing accountability for a resident assignment and serve in leadership roles on department/organizational tasks forces and committees. Graduate from an accredited nursing program, including, but not limited to, those accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).
