Twenty (20) years of experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity, including demonstrated experience planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts, plus a Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university OR. Twenty-five (25) years of experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity, including demonstrated experience planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts, in lieu of a Bachelor's degree (five (5) years of additional Systems Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree).
