What youre great at: • Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances • Maintains daily upkeep, including but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall, and landscaping clean-up • Completes maintenance calls, general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center • Notifies manager of any issues • Assists guests when needed • Completes all other duties as requested.
