Under the general supervision of the Assistant Director of Facilities Management and the immediate supervision of the Supervising Building Service Engineer, maintains, services, repairs, and inspects heating, ventilating, mechanical, and air conditioning systems, and the mechanical, plumbing, electrical and electronic systems associated with the decentralized utilities centers located throughout the campus and the Central Plant facility. The ideal candidate possesses a strong working knowledge of HVAC systems for both central and decentralized building plants, including building temperature control systems with electric, electronic, and pneumatic controls, along with up‑to‑date facilities maintenance practices covering plumbing systems, electric motor control operations, and water treatment systems.
