Wellspring Community Support Associate (CSA) Summary: Wellspring is hiring a part-time Community Support Associate to provide one-on-one skill building with clients in the home or community to include: skills training, cueing, or supervision as identified in the client’s individualized treatment plan, medication adherence and recognizing symptoms and side effects, non-clinical but therapeutic behavioral intervention, support, and skills training, assistance in accessing and utilizing community resources, emotion regulation skills, crisis coping skills, and developing and enhancing interpersonal skills. The curriculum includes a minimum of 10 clock hours of instruction in: principles of recovery and resilience, principles of psychiatric rehabilitation, effective listening and communication, diagnosis and medication management of mental health or co-occurring disorders, and crisis coping skills.
