Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, surfaces and trim; Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms corridors and offices; Sweeps, scrubs, waxes and polishes flooring; Cleans rugs, carpets, furniture and draperies/blinds; Washes walls, ceilings and woodwork; Empties trash and transports waste to disposal area; Replenishes bathroom supplies. Physical skills needed include: Lifting at least 40 lbs; Standing, pushing, pulling, reaching kneeling, and bending; Prolonged periods of standing and walking; Ability to climb and descend stairs.
