Duties/Responsibilities: · Retrieve the proper material in coordination with machine production · Pull/prep orders for shipment · Receive, verify, and stock all incoming material · Return inventory after production to the correct location · Communicate regularly with team members and management regarding concerns, discrepancies, and continuous improvement ideas · Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, secure and safe at all times · Other duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: · Ability to push, pull, and lift product using material handling equipment · Attention to detail Education and Experience: · High school diploma or equivalent. · A background in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving and inventory is required · Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures · Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn · Forklift operator experience is a plus Physical Requirements: · Ability to lift 50 lbs.· Ability to stand/walk entire shift Compensation: $20.00 per hour Newbury Franklin Industrials ("NFI") is the data-driven industrial manufacturing and distribution platform of Newbury Franklin, a private equity firm focused on long-term holdings.
