Working closely with the Servers, culinary team, and restaurant leadership, the Room Runner is responsible for identifying dishes, confirming table and seat positions, delivering each course with proper presentation, and communicating professionally with Guests and team members. Maintain food line area with plates, ramekins, serving spoons, soup spoons, demitasse spoons, oyster forks, all sauces, and any applicable garnishes.
