Verify, monitor, and coordinate the release of liens and collateral filings to ensure the Credit Union's lien position is accurately maintained, protected, and properly documented in accordance with loan agreements, SBA requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Strong computer, communication, and interpersonal skills required, along with the ability to organize work, meet deadlines, follow established procedures, and maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records at all times.
