The Director, Software Engineering (Platform & Tool Development) is a senior technology leader responsible for the engineering, architecture, development, delivery, and support of Humana''s Enterprise Quality Engineering (EQE) technology ecosystem, including the Enterprise Quality Engineering Platform (EQE+), AI Workspace, AI-powered engineering tools, quality engineering applications, developer enablement solutions, automation platforms, and enterprise shared services.
