The following duties are considered essential for this job classification: Receive, prioritze and often handle multiple, simultaneous emergency and administrative phone calls for assistance, such as but not limited to car accidents, such as but not limited to car accidents, towed cars, barking dos, domestic abuse, etc. Operate two-way raio, monitor computer screens, and other sophiscated communications equipment while efficiently gathering, prioritizing and documenting caller information.
