You will lead the definition, architecture, and visualization of Network Demands (NetDMs) metrics portfolio across three core levels: Strategic (executive decision-making and long-term planning goals), Diagnostic (root-cause analysis, variance tracking, and forecast accuracy drivers), and Operational (day-to-day lifecycle tracking, cycle times, and workflow execution). You will partner closely with product, engineering, data science, and planning teams to translate complex business requirements into structured metric definitions, interactive dashboards, and scalable program frameworks.
