This position is responsible for ensuring each guest receives a warm and sincere greeting, taking orders quickly and efficiently, thorough knowledge of the menu, seating guests in appropriate sections, anticipating guests' needs, assisting server and busser staff when necessary, bidding each guest a warm and sincere farewell. Maintains a cleanliness of foyer, including but not limited to outside-perimeter cleanliness, music types and sound levels, lighting, temperature, hourly floor cleanliness, and spot cleaning, etc.
