WHAT YOU'LL DO: Deliver an elevated and welcoming experience while responding to customers' needs quickly and accurately • Achieve email capture and sales goals through creative engagement with customers • Demonstrate flexibility and perform store tasks with speed and excellence • Process POS transactions efficiently and comply with all policies and procedures while creating a memorable experience • Assist sales associates in determining customers' needs and resolving all client issues. • Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days, including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother's Day, etc.
