The responsibilities include ensuring the customer's needs are filled, coordinating transactions between the company and the customer, calling dealerships and car part companies, entering customers in the system for appointments, taking payments, keeping in contact with customers, performing other tasks as assigned. Must be able to multitask, this is a VERY high paced environment, at times you will be in and out of the office; in the shop in the lot, filing paperwork.
