The Custodian/Repairperson is responsible for performing custodial duties, minor maintenance and other miscellaneous duties in order to ensure that cooperative buildings and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe and sanitary manner. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit; use hands, arms, and fingers to handle, feel, or reach; climb or balance; smell, talk, and hear.
