6.0 Physical RequirementsMust be able to lift a minimum of 50#.Must be in a physical condition that will allow walking long distancesMust be able to work in high places(no fear of heights)Must be able to work in any environment(heat, cold, rain)Must be able to physically work up to 84 hours a week, if necessaryMust be able to stand for an extended period of timeMust be able to bend, stoop, squat, twist, reach and climbMust be able to work in confined spacesMust be well-groomedAll new hires are contingent on the passing of a background check and pre-employment drug screening. 5.0 Responsibilities include the following:Hands on management of our construction jobsite resources (people, subcontractors, materials, tools, equipment) with focus on installation of structural steel, piping, and equipmentDaily identification and mitigation of jobsite hazardsProvide daily reporting to project managementFollows policies and practices as stated in the Employee Handbook and other facility policy and procedure manuals.
