Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial real estate buildings, parking areas, common areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services when needed.
