The Team Lead will assign and monitor work, reinforce agency procedures, track productivity and quality, provide employee guidance and training, support records accountability, and help ensure that services are performed safely, accurately, and on schedule. Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, squat, reach, push, pull, lift, and carry throughout the workday, including working for extended periods on one's feet while monitoring and supporting warehouse activities.
