Operate a variety of equipment and hand and power tools used in general maintenance and custodial work including plumbing tools, vacuums, scrubber, buffer, pallet jack, power steamer, boom lift, paint sprayer, nail gun, carpet extractor, blower, electrical testing equipment and a variety of hand and power tools. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Perform a variety of duties related to the day-to-day maintenance and custodial operations of City buildings and facilities; train and provide work direction and schedule regular and temporary maintenance custodial personnel as assigned; delegate and prioritize work.
