The BDR will articulate how the organization's comprehensive HCM, HR, payroll, benefits, compliance, insurance, and related services can help franchisees, members, and affiliated businesses grow, operate efficiently, and thrive through solutions tailored to their specific needs. The BDR will identify, prospect, and engage strategic organizations including franchise brands, franchise development organizations, HCM payroll service bureaus, co-ops, buying groups, consultants, industry influencers, and referral partners.
