Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales & Admissions Coordinator serves as the operational hub of the Sales & Admissions Department by coordinating daily operations, supporting the prospect and admissions journey, and partnering across departments to deliver a seamless, person-centered experience for prospective residents, current residents, families, referral partners, and team members. Serve as a key point of contact for prospective residents, families, referral partners, and visitors by coordinating communication, appointments, follow-up, and delivering a welcoming, service-focused experience.
