Develop and track project budgets (labor, licensing, infrastructure, third-party costs); forecast remaining spend and manage variances; support business case development with ROI/savings estimates; and provide financial summaries to sponsors and finance stakeholders. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders; develop project plans, WBS, and resource strategies; and establish governance (decision rights, escalation paths, and RACI).
