Responsible in assisting the Director for analyzing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and communicating processes and programs which enhance, strengthen and integrate the services comprising the nursing department. The Supervisor collaborates with other clinical and ancillary departments to meet organizational and department-specific Quality and Safety Measures, Community Values, Business Literacy, and Service Excellence goals.
