Assist with receiving, unloading, and moving nursery stock, soil, mulch, and other materials - Water, care for, and maintain the appearance and health of plants - Load plants and materials into customer vehicles safely and efficiently - Keep nursery areas clean, organized, and well-stocked - Set up, maintain, and rotate plant displays and seasonal merchandise - Support customers by directing them to products or staff as needed - Operate basic tools and equipment such as hand trucks, carts, and hoses - Follow all safety procedures and company policies . - Outdoor and greenhouse settings - Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying - Exposure to soil, plants, water, and seasonal weather conditions .
