Apply knowledge and experience in acquisition program management philosophy, policies, and procedures to DoD, USAF, and sister service systems, subsystems, and equipment procurement activities, including prime mission equipment and support equipment, post-award project/program management tasks, and planning for the accomplishment of various program milestones and acquisition programs throughout their life cycles. Provide support for the full spectrum of actions required to award contracts, delivery orders, task orders, and other transactions, to include acquisition/contract strategy development, analyses, RFPs, review of proposals, contract negotiations, and post-award actions as assigned by the Government for weapon system/subsystem acquisitions.
