Work may include, but is not limited to the following examples: Performs preventive maintenance and monitoring activities on equipment such as air handlers, refrigeration and air conditioning units, high and low-pressure steam systems, HVAC systems, etc. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing assigned areas, conducting preventive maintenance, performing minor repairs, identifying maintenance needs, and ensuring that facility systems and equipment remain in good working condition.
