As the Navy Training Analyst, you will provide analytic and administrative support to the PMS 339 Surface Training Systems Program Office in our Readiness and Acquisition division with planning, developing, and documenting Manpower, Personnel and Training Requirements for Navy Surface Ship Programs at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, D.C. The Readiness and Acquisition division is the single point of contact for strategic program planning, acquisition, life-cycle management, research and development, and technical insertion into all existing and future Navy surface training systems. Interface with multiple afloat/ashore activities, program offices, Learning/Warfare Centers, Resource Sponsors, Shipbuilders, Ships Force (SF) crews, Maintenance Centers, Subject Matter Experts (SME), and developers to discuss and brief the status and way forward to support the development of assigned NTSPs and FEAs.
