In this role, an Operations Specialist will support the rental, repair, and inspection teams, move and label inventory, clean and grade rental instruments, pack and ship rental instruments, and assist with the daily operations of our dynamic and growing Band and Orchestra department. Fulfill rental instrument contracts including navigating the rental software, cleaning instruments and instrument cases, adding accessories to instrument cases, packing and shipping rental instruments, and receiving and processing rental returns.
