Ensure all tools and equipment are calibrated and maintained as required Comply with all FAR's, Operations Specifications, RSMQCM, AS9110 and other internal and external regulatory requirements as required Ensure all required technical data is available and complied with throughout the maintenance cycle Ensure all maintenance activities are properly and completely documented as required Transfer of WIP between work centers as needed Identify and communicate risks to leadership Review and ensure work order packages are complete and accurate throughout the maintenance cycle Work across all functions to ensure priorities are communicated, WIP is completed per schedule, material needs are actioned Identify material shortages and ensure appropriate action is taken Communicate and take appropriate action for any work stoppage Liaison with all support functions as necessary Maintain up-to-date knowledge and information on company objectives, production strategies and support activities Provide input for efficiency/continuous improvement Maintain professional attitude and appearance Develop the role as necessary Work overtime as needed Other duties as assigned Competencies Communication Proficiency. Read, understand, interpret, and comply with documented work instructions, component maintenance manual (CMM), service bulletins, technical orders, airworthiness directives, blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, specifications, customer requirements and/or other approved technical data in hard copy and electronic formats as needed to accomplish required tasks.
