Position Summary: The Customer Connect & Production Support organization is seeking an experienced product and technology leader to drive strategy, delivery, and operational excellence across Customer Financial Services capabilities. This role is responsible for a portfolio supporting Credit & Collections, SAP FI-CA, Payments, Refunds, Tax, PIPP, PrePay, and Lighting solutions that enable critical customer-facing and back-office operations.
