The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) coordinates, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for a designated group of residents and provides leadership and direction to CNAs and other caregivers to deliver and maintain quality care within established policies, procedures, and guidelines of the Pennsylvania State Nurse Practice Act. As western Pennsylvania's premier, non-profit, faith-based network of living and care options, our more than 2,100 team members are privileged to serve the needs of more than 7,500 older adults each year in 10 counties.
