Trauma Level: Facility Specific Job Notes: **Required Certifications:** - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) - Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) - National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) **Degree Requirements:** - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is not required **Licensure:** - License to submit required **Clinical Experience/Skills:** - Experience in circulating cases, cardiac, peripheral, neuro, and traumatic embolization patient care - Must be able to circulate cases independently after orientation period - Call experience with approximately 10-11 call days per month, including 1 weekend **Other Information:** - No recent direct employment with CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity within the past year - Must be able to work with a GE MacLab/Combo Lab Hemodynamic Monitoring System - Must be cross-trained to monitor cases.
